Dear HCP Users, We would like to use the HCP-MMP1.0 parcelation within our data (fMRI, sMRI). My question is if there is available algorithm for individual parcelation using multimodal data as described in paper (Glasser et al. Nature 2016), or if the atlas can be used as it is - that means that we can overlay our data with atlas that is available online.
