Dear Sir /madam, I am interested in Group wise parcellation of multimodal data T1w, rfMRI ,DTI from 50 subjects divided into 2 groups (25 healthy controls and 25 patients with BLVP ) , I have read your recent journal in nature - " A Multi modal parcellation of human cerebral cortex " in which you have cited that you have trained " machine learning classifier to train multi modal finger print in each area.
Could you please provide me some brief description of the classifier and whether the code is available on GitHub, if so could you please provide me the link for that .
