Hi Matt and Emma, We’ve got most of MSMAll code running locally, but we just learned we’re missing allparametersVariableMSMOptimiztionAllDRconf and it’s _1 version. (We’ve got a file called allparameterssuclDRconf, but don’t if that’s right or an earlier version). Emma, assuming we didn’t have what we needed I thought at first I should recheck what I downloaded a few months back from the https://www.doc.ic.ac.uk/~ecr05/MSM_HOCR_v1/ link you sent around in early November. But that site isn’t loading and I’m wondering if you’ve moved it? If these files aren’t there, can y’all direct us as to where to get it? We’re also curious if you can briefly tell us what the file is used for, what’s in it, etc.
