Border files are not any kind of standardized filed (i.e. NIFTI/GIFTI/CIFTI),
so unfortunately there isn't a standard tool for reading them into matlab or
for displaying them. You would need to write your own. They are most like
GIFTI files (XML-based). If you want to try writing your own matlab I/O and
display functions for them Tim or John would be able to give some more details
on the format.

Peace,

Matt.

Subject: [HCP-Users] MMP1.0 border files

Dear all,

Does anyone have the border file of the MMP1.0 parcellation in Matlab?

I don't strictly need it for my analysis, but it would be tremendously helpful
for
visualization.

I know that you can visualize it in Connectome WB, but since I analyze the
data in Matlab, having the file in Matlab works best.

Kind regards,
Rikkert
