Hi, I am new to analyzing HCP data and was wondering if someone can point me to existing pipelines (eg. the FUNCTIONAL_QC pipeline mentioned in Human Connectome Project informatics: quality control, database services, and data visualization paper) for quality control checking of the acquired data.
