Thank you for providing the link for a parcellation file.
I could generate a functional connectivity matrix of 360 region of interests.
I was wondering if there are more parcellation files of various dimentions, as 
an instance the one used now.
Thankyou in advance for suggesting some other parcellations.

You can use wb_command -cifti-parcellate with a parcellation:
