Hi Antonin, As a start, the current HCP SOP document which is Appendix 4 to the Reference Manual<https://www.humanconnectome.org/documentation/S900/HCP_S900_Release_Appendix_IV.pdf>, has a section on Post Session 1 QC Evaluation of Structural Image Quality starting on p. 17 that has most of what you want.
We also have some more description/PPT slides etc. that we have put together on all of our QC procedures for the groups with Connectomes Related to Human Disease grants that we can share, but we need a few days to put that that info onto a page in the public HCP wiki. I would like to ask, could you provide more detailed protocol guidelines for QC assessment of structural images? As I understood, this part of QC is based on subjective assessment by operator. Do you have detailed instructions how to categorize the images to 1-4 scale? Could you provide typical example datasets? In hummanconnectome.org I did not find the relevant SOP document.
