Unfortunately the maps I sent before are still the only ones we have registered
on the surface.

Peace,

Matt.

Subject: [HCP-Users] cyto probability maps in fs_LR 32k

Hi HCP folks,

A while back I asked whether the Juelich cytoarchitectonic probability maps
were available in fs_LR 32k surface space, and Matt very helpfully sent along
the following files, which contain probability maps for 13 cortical regions
(BAs 1-4, 6, 44, 45, V1, V2, MT, and entorhinal).

fsaverage.R.ProbabilisticArchitectonic_FSTemplate.32k_fs_LR.func
fsaverage.L.ProbabilisticArchitectonic_FSTemplate.32k_fs_LR.func

Are similar files available containing cyto probability maps for superior
temporal cortex (Areas TE 1.0, TE 1.1, TE 1.2 and TE 3)?

Many thanks in advance!

Estrid
