Hi HCP experts, I’m trying to use the Glasser parcellation to get parcel-averaged values. I want to make sure to take into account the effect of the mapping from Native space to cortical surface and MNI. I think I can use this to get the spatial weights for the cortical nodes:
wb_command -surface-vertex-areas $subj.R.midthickness.32k_fs_LR.surf.gii $subj.R.midthick_va.32k_fs_LR.shape.gii Is this correct? And then, how do I get spatial weights for the voxels in the volumetric part of the CIFTI file?
