Dear Sir, Is it mandatory to have outputs from Resting State Stats pipeline in order to perform feature based registration using MSM All , is there any alternative to run the pipeline without the outputs from RestingStateStats.sh.
Is there any alternate methods which i can use for my analysis to perform Feature based registration of multi modal data , i have T1w, rfMRI , DTI images unfortunately i do not have full brain T2w scans for running hcp pipelines of my data.
