Hi Todd,

We processed blood and saliva samples from HCP subjects for GWAS using the
Illumina Mega Chip (has 2M multiethnic SNPs), plus three specialized Illumina
chips to look for single nucleotide polymorphisms particularly relevant to
neuroimaging studies: Psych chip, NeuroX chip, and Immunochip. We were not able
to do whole exome or whole genome due to budgetary constraints.

Again, the analyzed genetic data should be available on dbGaP sometime in March.

Best,

Jenn

Subject: [HCP-Users] How have the genetic data for HCP been collected?

I’m trying to determine the technique used to collect genetic data for HCP.
Whole-genome? Whole-exome?

Thanks,
Todd
