Dear HCP experts, I used MEG data to investigate the functional connectivity in the brain. Now I would like to utilize the diffusion preprocessed data to study the structural connectivity and eventually propose how the functional and structural connectivity are related. I would like to know firstly how is it possible to go from the DTi images to structural connectivity, and secondly how is it possible to parcellate the data to some predefined atlases like AAL 116.
