We have explored the in-scanner task performance data in the behavioral
.csv file provided for HCP subjects (columns GA-KF).
Particularly, we are interested in the task accuracy ("Acc") and response
time ("RT") variables per each task run (as opposed to any kind of average
between both runs).
I was wondering: are these values representing the average task performance
across the two runs (LR and RL)? If so, is there a way to get, for each
task, the performance per run (e.g. one performance table for the LR
acquisition, one for the RL)?
