I wasn't involved in these specific experiments, but I THINK the info
you're looking for is in the TAB files:
${StudyFolder}/${SubjectID}/MNINonLinear/Results/tfMRI_{
TASK}_{RUN}/{TASK}_run*_TAB.txt
There's a row for each event (along with rows for other things you'll have
to ignore), and columns that seem to contain the reaction times
For example:
${StudyFolder}/${SubjectID}/MNINonLinear/Results/tfMRI_WM_LR/WM_run2_TAB.txt
has a column Stim.RT
${StudyFolder}/${SubjectID}/MNINonLinear/Results/tfMRI_GAMBLING_LR/GAMBLING_run2_TAB.txt
has a column QuestionMark.RT
I believe the GLM timing files in /EVs/ were all distilled from information
in the _TAB.txt file. You can cross-reference these event rows with some of
the .txt files in /EVs/ to help clarify event type, accuracy, etc.
Jenn/Greg, does this sound right, and are these task-specific TAB files
documented anywhere at the moment?
