You want a group average atlas for the FreeSurfer parcellation?  I don’t think 
we have that, but FreeSurfer might.  We don’t recommend using the FreeSurfer 
gyral and sulcal parcellation however.  Better to use a functionally relevant 
parcellation like this one:

I'm sorry. Here  is my question: for example, in subject 100307, the L_cuneus 
has 359 vortex while in subject 100408, L_cuneus has 355 vortex, if I want a 
atlas for all  subjects in HCP, how many vortex in L_cuneus and what is the 
index?

I have a question about the index of brain region on the surface of HCP data.
I find that in different subject, the index of a unique brain region is not the 
same, if I want to have the average rfMRI of some subjects of the unique brain 
region, how can I know the index of the brain region for these subjects?
