Dear HCP experts, I am trying to run the HCP Pipeline scripts on the tutorial data (100307). When I run the script PostFreeSurferPipelineBatch.sh, I get following error after the wb_command:
While running: /opt/ni_tools/workbench/bin_rh_linux64/../exe_rh_linux64/wb_command -surface-distortion /data/MRI/HCP/tutorial/100307/MNINonLinear/Native/100307.L.sphere.native.surf.gii /data/MRI/HCP/tutorial/100307/MNINonLinear/Native/100307.L.sphere.reg.reg_LR.native.surf.gii /data/MRI/HCP/tutorial/100307/MNINonLinear/Native/100307.L.Strain_FS.native.shape.gii -local-affine-method ERROR: Unexpected parameter: -local-affine-method I've tried troubleshooting and I know that this parameter is being called from: FreeSurfer2CaretConvertAndRegisterNonlinear.sh, but I am not sure of what I should do next. Do you have any suggestions?
