Hi Alizee, So you have already been using your ConnectomeDB account to download data from there? It sounds like the connection BALSA makes to our Active Directory system might be the problem. That may get resolved with a reboot of the system which will likely occur sometime today, so you might periodically keep trying to log in to see if its working. I've passed your issue onto our BALSA developer to look into as well.
