This question has been asked frequently and so we have prepared a manuscript to address why we have not made this parcellation available in MNI space. The main reason is that cortical areas are not accurately aligned in MNI space for most of the cortex. Really if you want to make accurate comparisons with this parcellation, you need to be analyzing data on cortical surface models.
