Hi HCP Experts A few questions:
1) Regarding the Yeo et al. 7 and 17 resting state network maps -- have Yeo's networks been mapped onto each individual HCP subject? If so, where can I find this data? I have already downloaded the Yeo networks from https://balsa.wustl.edu/W8wK, but am interested in examining the variability of individual subject resting state networks. 2) Is there a way to convert the subject-level ICA maps of various dimensionalities, that have been classified as "signal" vs. "noise", to binary resting state networks?
