Hi： I have a question about the parcellation. In the paper ”A multi-modal parcellation of human cerebral cortex”, 210 subjects was sufficient for parcellation. And now we have collected 164 healthy young adults of Chinese people. We alse used almost the same parameters compared with the HCP protocols. How many subject do we need to do these multi-modal parcellation of human cerebral cortex? If there need more subjects, we will increase to collect subject . Our goal is to map the Chinese cerebral cortex, and compared with the hcp western human cerebral cortex.
