Hi, I am using the Glasser parcellation, and hoping to display my results as image plots in Matlab.
I would like to order the 360 parcels in a way that is representative of their functional similarities, and have a small number of labels on the side of the plot indicating what networks different groupings of parcels fall into. Has anyone already came up with a nice labeling scheme for this? And if so, do they have a spreadsheet they can share?
