Hi Jenifer, I would recommend the 64ch coil and I don’t think you should have to make any modifications. The SNR may not be quite as good as the 64ch coil is not as tightly fitting as the 32ch coil, but this will not be a large difference (just that the more channels do not offer an advantage in this case).
