Hi David, The partial correlation netmats for all the different ICA dimensionalities should be in the HCP1200 PTN datasets available at https://db.humanconnectome.org/data/projects/HCP_1200 in the netmats_3T_HCP1200_MSMAll_d*_ts2.tar.gz tarball contained within the datasets for the two groups of subjects.
