Hi Xavier,
Have you tried downloading at home? Often the problem is with the firewalls at
your institutional network and sometimes the settings change on those. You can
verify with your IT that the correct ports are open (see
https://wiki.humanconnectome.org/display/PublicData/Aspera+Plugin%3A+Help+and+FAQ<https://wiki.humanconnectome.org/display/PublicData/Aspera+Plugin:+Help+and+FAQ>).

Institutional networks are almost guaranteed to be more restricted than a
consumer network, so if you can download from home and not at your institution,
then you need to talk to your IT department. And of course we’ll work with you
on any of the specifics when it comes to that.

Thanks,
Jenn

Subject: [HCP-Users] Downloading with Aspera: "Error: No such file or directory
(Code: 4)"

Dear HCP experts,
When trying to download the "structural preprocessed" data from a single
subject I get the following error in Aspera: "Error: No such file or directory
(Code: 4)".
I have made sure that the folder I am downloading the data to exists.
How could I solve this?

Thank you,
Xavier.
