Hi Xavier, Have you tried downloading at home? Often the problem is with the firewalls at your institutional network and sometimes the settings change on those. You can verify with your IT that the correct ports are open (see https://wiki.humanconnectome.org/display/PublicData/Aspera+Plugin%3A+Help+and+FAQ<https://wiki.humanconnectome.org/display/PublicData/Aspera+Plugin:+Help+and+FAQ>).
Institutional networks are almost guaranteed to be more restricted than a consumer network, so if you can download from home and not at your institution, then you need to talk to your IT department. And of course we’ll work with you on any of the specifics when it comes to that. I have made sure that the folder I am downloading the data to exists. How could I solve this? Thank you, Xavier. _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users
