Dear HCP experts,
Hi. I met a problem when checking the functional surface ROI which was produced
with a radium surrounding the maximum point in a specific functional region.
The command is:
${CARET7DIR}/wb_command -metric-rois-from-extrema $MIDTHICKNESS_L
$ANALYSIS_DIR/L.maxima.func.gii 8
$ANALYSIS_DIR/${SUBJECT}_L.mask_TARGET_ROI_${ROI}_8mm.func.gii
*The $MIDTHICKNESS_L is the L.midthickness_MSMAll file in the
${SUBJECT}/MNINonLinear/fsaverage_LR32k folder.
However, this new produced ROI could not be opened by the wb_view, with the
information "Metric file contains 0 vertices but the CortexLeft contains 32492
vertices".
Besides, when doing surf2surf format conversion to detect the vertex
information, there was also an error reminding "values mesh does not have the
correct number of vertices".
I've no idea about where is wrong. Does any expert have experience of such
situation? Any suggestion would be very appreciated. Thanks.
