Dear HCP community, I am sending you this email because I have been trying the last couple of days to download the structural preprocessed and structural extended preprocessed files of a couple of subjects from the Q13 acquisition (in particular 102109 and 103212; I honestly did not attempt more at that point) and, even though I had no issues downloading the diffusion data from the same subjects, I could not download any structural data. I am working on a Mac laptop and even installed the latest Aspera plugin just in case this was the issue but the error I receive is: "Error: Server aborted session: Failed to connect to management socket (Code: 16)". Can anyone here help me troubleshoot? I really need those files for a new project the soonest possible. Thank you very much.
