You are not calling a specific function with wb_command there. You want
wb_command -cifti-average

Peace,

Matt.

Subject: [HCP-Users] question about using wb_command -cifti-average command

Dear experts,

please bear with me for this basic question. I am trying to create one average
CIFTI file using two correlation matrix files.

I used the below command;

wb_command cifti-out "whatevername.parcel.ptseries.pconn.nii" cifti-in
DEC_LR...parcel.ptseries.pconn.nii DEC_RL_..parcel.ptseries.pconn.nii

but face error saying unexpected
parameter,"whatevername.parcel.ptseries.pconn.nii" (which is output name that I
named)

Am I missing some parameter?
If there is any example of using this command, would anyone please share them
with me?

Thanks a lot!

Best,
Yu Sun
