You can find the parcellation on the 32k_fs_LR mesh here:

https://balsa.wustl.edu/file/show/3VLx

You can resample the parcellation to a given subjects native mesh by using the
reverse of the process used to bring data from the native mesh to the standard
mesh (i.e. reversing the spheres).

Matt.

Subject: [HCP-Users] HCP MMP (Glasser et al Atlas) on native surfaces?

Hi all,

I am interested in performing an analysis on the correspondence of regions from
the Glasser multi-modal parcellation atlas to additional anatomical and
functional features. Is this parcellation available on native (or the fs_LR32k)
surfaces in the HCP data? If so, I have been unable to find it and would
appreciate any info on how to obtain it!

If not, is there a best practice, then, for obtaining these ROIs on native
meshes? (for example, by using the wb_command resampling functions?) Or, is the
intended use of the atlas rather to best serve as a group parcellation guiding
the multi-modal registration?

Thanks again!
Jacob
