Mike is correct - we did this in the following paper, in collaboration with our
colleague Mike Cole:

https://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2018/01/12/206292

This paper provides a grayordinate wide partition (cortex and subcortex). We
plan to make thenetwork scheme public via BALSA shortly after review is
complete as paper is in final stages.

Best,
A.

Subject: [HCP-Users] Communities for MMP atlas?

Hi all,

Are there any community definitions based on the MMP atlas, preferably based on
functional connectivity? I saw there are 22 regions in Fig 1 in
https://media.nature.com/full/nature-assets/nature/journal/v536/n7615/extref/nature18933-s3.pdf<https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fmedia.nature.com%2Ffull%2Fnature-assets%2Fnature%2Fjournal%2Fv536%2Fn7615%2Fextref%2Fnature18933-s3.pdf&data=02%7C01%7Calan.anticevic%40yale.edu%7C23e5c7ff2ec045fae51708d5e041e88c%7Cdd8cbebb21394df8b4114e3e87abeb5c%7C0%7C0%7C636661496053458420&sdata=F7sQ%2BXAcHEON6JsIMWmndYAr7XOhhAzc2DJfwCix8Ik%3D&reserved=0>.
I am looking for something aligning more with 7 or so resting-state networks,
and wondering if someone had already done this.

Thank you!
Ben Risk
