Dear experts,
I have a question about how to calculate the volume of ROI. Neuroimaging papers have used a number of voxels to describe cluster size or volume. My question is how to get a specific number of voxels for ROI. I think the volume would be isotropic in a spherical shape to graphically show images of spots or regions of the brain activated for behaviors (volume-based) and most of results of volume size has a fine number like 13, 256, or 7845.
