I am using an Ubuntu 16.04 LTS system to run the preprocessing pipelines. Since I am not aware of the preprocessing pipelines being completely run on a 16.04 system, is there a list of required Linux software libraries (apart from FSL, FreeSurfer, Workbench and gradunwarp) to successfully run the pipelines? This is so that I can rule out library differences between Ubuntu 14.04 and 16.04 as a possible source for any error messages.
