Hi,
You can use -cifti-parcellate with, e.g., the Glasser parcellation.

Cheers,

Subject: [HCP-Users] making a chart/graph out of myelin maps

Dear HCP experts,
after obtaining myelin maps for the participants in my sample, I was wondering
if there's an easy way to turn the visual information that we see when we
overlay the maps on a surface, into numerical information? For instance, having
the average myelin value per region for each participant, so that their values
can be plotted and compared? Are there already output files that contain this
information?
Thanks in advance!
Best,
Darko
