Hi, I am fascinated by the individual parcellation in the HCP pipeline, and would like to try it in our own data which including T1w, rfMRI and tfMRI images. However, we did not collected the T2w image which is needed in the calculation of myelin map. We wonder if we could still try the HCP pipelines, such as MSMALL with cortical folding and resting state functional connection, without myelin gradients?
