Hi,

1) We didn’t repeat the exercise of generating an “unrelated subjects” list
following the complete S1200, and rather doubt that we will at this point in
time. Sorry.

2) There is no unique “unrelated subjects” list, since you can pick any one
participant from each family. We generated that list a long time ago, and I
don’t recall the exact algorithm that we used at the time.

Cheers,
-MH

Subject: [HCP-Users] List of ALL unrelated subject

Hi,

We have been using the "100 unrelated subject list from S1200" release but
there are many more number of unrelated subjects in the HCP data.

We found a list of '340 unrelated subjects list under S900' but there are a
couple of confusions:
1. Why don't we have a list of unrelated subjects under S1200?
2. More importantly, after comparing the subject IDs, we found that only 44 of
the "100 unrelated subjects from S1200" are in the "340 unrelated list". The
remaining 56 subjects are missing.

We are wondering if there is a 'perfect list' that we can't find. Thanks.
