MSMAll is aligned to fs_LR. I believe there are instructions on the HCP FAQ to get to fsaverage space, though you could also just downsample in fs_LR space by creating a less dense spheres with wb_command -surface-create-sphere, following the instructions in the usage and then using wb_command -cifti-resample.

I wonder whether can I simply understand MSMALL file as registered to fs_LR mesh? Or still in individual space? Can I just project the MSMAll data to fsaverage5 space(for quicker compute) with wb_command through the fs_LR group data to fsaverage way? Thanks in advance, Haohao Bai _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org<mailto:HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org> http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users ________________________________ The materials in this message are private and may contain Protected Healthcare Information or other information of a sensitive nature.
