Hi, You cannot create a z-stat map from a beta map. We suggest that you use PALM to compute group-wise statistics from individual subject beta (cope) maps.

How do I generate the z-stat file? Or is there a way to convert the beta file to a z-stat file? My ultimate goal is to find out whether the activation is significant or not, so I am looking to set a p value threshold or generate some statistics etc. Thank you in advance!
