Dear experts, in the PostFreeSurferPipeline script, the FreeSurferFolder is set to be "$T1wFolder"/"$FreeSurferFolder" even though, the free surfer folder isnt actually under the T1w folder... its right inside the subject's directory (WorkingDirectory/SubjectNumber/SubjectNumber)
