Interestingly I had set the path to Freesurfer v6, but the script was calling
on Freesurfer 5.3.0-HCP. After deleting the Freesurfer 5.3.0-HCP folder, the
attached log file showed that the script was using the updated version of
Freesurfer.

However, as you can see, the log file still reported the same error about
nu_correct crashing with the change above in place.

In your log file it says you are using 5.3.0-HCP.

Are you using FreeSurfer 6.0?

Dear all,

I have been running the FreeSurferPipelineBatch script (v4 of the HCP pipeline)
and I'm getting an error saying that nu_correct: crashed while running
nu_evaluate. I didn't encounter this same issue with the previous version of
the pipeline script. I've attached the recon-all.log and orig_nu.log files. Has
anyone encountered a similar issue?
