As part of some other updates to the StructuralQC scenes themselves, I recently created a more sophisticated generation script that should use relative paths within the scene.
Please try the just updated master branch of https://github.com/Washington-University/StructuralQC We have tested this internally, but it would be good to get feedback from an outside user before I formally tag a new release. It seems that the file paths were hard-coded in the scene file. Is there a way to make it more portable? Thank you. _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users ________________________________ The materials in this message are private and may contain Protected Healthcare Information or other information of a sensitive nature.
