Everyone,
I am encountering a problem with a C++ code that uses HDF5. Whenever
an H5::Group object's createGroup method is called a few times, say with
the strings "alter", "decay", and then "body" from an std set , I
receive the following error:
HDF5-DIAG: Error detected in HDF5 (1.8.3) thread 0:
#000: H5G.c line 184 in H5Gcreate2(): not a location
major: Invalid arguments to routine
minor: Inappropriate type
#001: H5Gloc.c line 187 in H5G_loc(): invalid group ID
major: Invalid arguments to routine
minor: Bad value
I am a novice with hdf5 and appreciate any pointers on what I can do to
solve this problem. Thank you.
