Hi, I am writing a dataset with a C# program. I create a data type with "H5T.vlenCreate(H5T.H5Type.STD_U8LE)". But, after executing Write function for a data set and closing a file, I end up with exceptions:
H5DWrite() -> can't write data . . chuncked write failed... datatype conversion failed... can't write VL data... unable to allocate a global heap collection... memory allocation failed... No Space available for allocation....
