I apologize, the error was with me. Very malicious, so beware of the same! I define CL variable and amount it to /MP4 to enable parallel compilation. I have always put it under the "user variables" part (upper pane), this time I put it in the "system variables" part (lower pane). Who would have known this makes a difference?
