I'm trying to write code to read&write ITK (www.itk.org) transforms in HD5 format.
I know basically how to read&write DataSets of various sorts, but what I want to be able to do is to write a sequence of ITK Transforms, which on-disk comprise TransformTypeName : string FixedParameters : list<double> Parameters : list<double> I've been able to use groups to contain datasets, but this is different. I would want a list of some sort of structured data, and I'm not sure how to represent a dataset of datasets, especially using the C++ API. And this is an area where I find HDF confusing. The C++ API is OK as far as it goes, but the examples available are minimal. The C API is huge and flat and hard to gain a good overview understanding of. ________________________________ Notice: This UI Health Care e-mail (including attachments) is covered by the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, 18 U.S.C. 2510-2521, is confidential and may be legally privileged.
