Hello, I'm currently working on a custom filter for HDF5. I have my filter working properly (compression and decompression)
I want to compare my compression ratios with the SZIP filter properly. I've looked through the source files but I can't figure out if the SZIP filter applies some kind of preprocessing before the actual compression stage. I would like to apply the same preprocessing in case there is one.
