Hi Mike,
tested the hdf5-1.8.8 and it is working perfectly.
The cygwin package I just prepared it is the first one
that has no need of any source patches.
It is configured as
--with-zlib \
--with-gnu-ld \
--enable-shared \
--enable-threadsafe \
--with-pthread \
FC=gfortran-4 \
Only test failures are:
