Hi, I'm trying to compile hdf5 version 1.8.8 using cmake version 2.8.4-rc1 in a SLES SP11 sp1, but has not been successful. An error occurs during the link with the szip (see logs below)
I'm using Intel Composerxe-2011.0.084, with intel compiler version 12.0.0.084, Intel MPI version 4.0.1, zlib version 1.2.6 and szip version 2.1. And my environment variables are set correctly. My cmake configure script: ERROR LOGS WITH CMAKE: Someone could tell me how can I solve the problem? I tried to configure via autoconf hdf5, but also fails (see autoconf logs below). ERROR LOGS WITH AUTOCONF: I would like to able to compile HDF5 enabling fortran and parallel options using Intel compilers.This is really possible?
