I am trying run some compiled hdf5 code and getting the following runtime error on ubuntu 12.04
2: HDF5-DIAG: Error detected in HDF5 (1.8.4-patch1) thread 140192456861504: 22: #000: ../../../src/H5Z.c line 1273 in H5Zget_filter_info(): Filter not defined 22: major: Invalid arguments to routine 22: minor: Bad value 22: #001: ../../../src/H5Z.c line 923 in H5Z_find(): required filter is not registered 22: major: Data filters 22: minor: Object not found I have installed all the hdf5 deb packages I thought might be required.
