"--exclude-path" option is only for ignoring object but not attribute.
Unfortunately the h5diff doesn't have option to ignore attribute yet.
It's in the task queue but not yet supported due to no funding source.
Just curious, do you want to ignore all the attributes from comparison
or only certain attributes in certain object? Your feedback can be
updated to the task entry for a use case.
