Hello,
  First congratulations on the new release. I would like some clarifications on 
the "Supported" platform changes. Specifically the "VS2008 and Windows XP". I 
can read that in 2 different ways:

1: The *combination* of VS2008 running on Windows XP is deprecated
2: VS2008 on *any* version of Windows AND Windows XP
