Hi, I am trying to use Matlab HDF5 low level tools to write HDF5 files with a predefined structure, containing compound inside compound datatypes, as shown using h5disp in Matlab:
To create a H5T_COMPOUND datatype and fill it with simple datatypes, I can use where However, I am not able to use H5T.insert with compound datatype. - Is there any possibility to create a compound containing a compound to write the above HDF5 data structure using Matlab? - If not, what would you suggest?
